Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Pedro's Nightmare sells digital products — scripts, keys, and member access that are delivered instantly. Because of the digital nature of these products and the immediate access they provide, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except in the limited billing-error cases described below.

2. What this means

We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits, including for:

changing your mind or no longer wanting the product;
dissatisfaction with a script's performance or results;
technical incompatibility with your setup, device, or configuration;
a game, console, firmware, or platform update that affects compatibility; or
any ban, suspension, or other enforcement action taken against you by a game, platform, or third party (see our Disclaimer).

3. Memberships and expiration

Memberships grant access for a set period. When that period ends, access to member-only features ends until you renew. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of a membership.

4. Limited exceptions (billing errors only)

The only situations in which we may issue a refund are genuine billing errors, such as:

you were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate charge); or
you were charged in error and never received or activated what you paid for.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Setup difficulties, dissatisfaction, or a working product you simply did not use do not qualify.

5. Billing problems and chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate and permanent revocation of your access and a ban of your account and registered serial, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

6. EU and UK customers

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day "cooling-off" period) once access, a key, or a download has been provided.

7. Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Use.
