1. Who we are
Pedro's Nightmare ("we," "us") operates the member website at pedrosnightmare.com, along with a related Discord bot and community server(s). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Discord account information — when you sign in with Discord or use our Discord bot, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address.
- Membership information — your registered device serial, membership status and dates, and related records needed to provide the Service.
- Usage and technical data — information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including your IP address, approximate location (city/country derived from your IP), device and browser type, the pages you visit, and activity such as logins, key generation, and guide views. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and site analytics.
We do not collect or store your Discord password, and we do not process payment card details on our own systems.
3. How we use your information
- to authenticate you and provide access to member features;
- to generate and log keys tied to your registered serial;
- to provide support and communicate with you about your membership;
- to prevent fraud, sharing, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms; and
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Your information is stored in our own database and handled on the server side. Sensitive configuration and credentials are never sent to your browser. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service — for example, with Discord as our sign-in provider — or where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, our users, or the Service.

We use a single, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or membership with us, and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to keep it (for example, records related to fraud or chargebacks). The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for users who meet the age requirement in our Terms of Use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
